OUR STORY
1884
Pinget is a family story. At the time, the choice was made to devote ourselves fully to the cultivation of Chasselas, a grape variety that found land of choice on the steep slopes of Lavaux, facing Lake Geneva, thus enjoying a privileged sunshine.
1940
With Gérard Pinget at the helm of the company, the adventure continues for the various products sold all over Switzerland. Another flagship product started rising - St-Saphorin "Roches Brûlées". It became a sensation by its remarkable quality year after year, being frequently rewarded in regional and national competitions.
1978
In order to adapt to the market, Pinget became a limited company on March 28, 1978. Thanks to the consistent efforts provided by successive generations, the Dézaley "Renard" is still well distributed all over Switzerland.
1990
In a rapidly changing market with the lifting of quotas that protected the local market, our winery is undergoing the full whip with the arrival of foreign wines bringing a fierce competition that will leave traces. The coming years will be complicated for a small winery like ours.
2010
After several difficult years, the Pinget's family is resolving to hand over his estate. On this occasion, it is Jean-François and Michel Dizerens, already operator of the places, which resume the exploitation...with brio. From the first year of vinification, in 2010, the Dézaley "Renard" is awarded the best Chasselas Vaudois.
2018
Today, the new generation is taking over. Maxime and Romain Dizerens are working hard to make the winery as famous as it once was.
